3. Freight Rules

The checkout page shows an estimated freight based on your order subtotal. Our current tiered rates:

Order subtotal (USD)Freight (USD)
0 - 199.9935
200 - 499.9950
500 - 1499.9980
1,500 and aboveFree shipping

Please note these are estimates. Actual freight is charged on chargeable weight (the greater of actual or volumetric weight), destination zone and the carrier's current fuel surcharge. The following may incur surcharges - we will always confirm with you before dispatch:

  • Remote area surcharges defined by the carrier;
  • Oversize, overweight or palletised cargo handling fees;
  • Dangerous goods handling fees for lithium battery shipments (carrier and route dependent);
  • Destination duties, taxes and clearance fees (see section 5).

4. Lithium Battery Compliance

Transmitters contain a built-in lithium-ion cell. All shipments move under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (PI965 / PI967) and ship with MSDS and UN38.3 test reports. Certain countries and routes impose additional restrictions, and a few destinations may be unserviceable or take considerably longer. We will notify you immediately and propose an alternative model or routing where this applies.

5. Customs and Duties

Shipments move on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms by default: destination duties, VAT and clearance charges are payable by the consignee. If you require DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), please tell us before ordering so we can quote accordingly. The consignee must supply any documents required for clearance (EORI number, tax ID, importer qualification, etc.). Delays or returns caused by missing documentation are at the consignee's cost.

6. Delivery Inspection

  • Inspect the outer carton before signing. If it is badly damaged or the piece count does not match the waybill, photograph the shipment, refuse delivery and notify us.
  • For damage or shortage found after unpacking, send us an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery - carriers reject claims filed after this window.
  • For units that look intact but do not power up, contact us within 7 days; the case is handled under our Warranty Policy.

7. Tracking

Within 1 business day of dispatch we email the tracking number and carrier link to your order email address. If goods have not arrived within 10 business days, or tracking has not updated for a long period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
